"Very clean, very nice staff. Only small issue is I did ask for housekeeping services since I was staying for 3 nights and they never came."

"The room I stayed in had a ceiling fan in the bathroom that didn't work, keeping the miosture in the room. But that should be remedied as we informed the front at the end of our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stsy very pleasant. "

"Pros: good pillows, clean shower/bathroom Staff is great, breakfast is decent, gym is good for basic workout better than many hotel gyms, good central location, blackout shades are dine right with no light allowed in. I can’t express how helpful and wonderful the shades were! Pool table and lobby lounge is nice. Cons: stayed in room #404. Biggest complaint is Tyvola Rd noise is too much. Not so much you couldn’t sleep but definitely ever present and annoying. Some noise form other rooms as well. Overall this is a great place to stay. I would stay again but would try for a room on the other end of the hotel away from Tyvola Rd. Staff is helpful and courteous. There are two other hotels run by Hilton in basically the same parking lot. I would be interested to see how they compare. "
