Spacious Beachy Bungalo One Block From Ocean

*Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with pull-out couch, kitchen with bar area, dining room with large table, and large back deck with seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel but with modern amenities. Kitchen has an air fryer, coffee maker/Keurig. TVs have Roku and are logged into a Netflix account. Home is one block from the beach with canal view, and beach access on both sides of the block. Outdoor shower. Linens and bath towels provided. I know you're there on vacation and have fun, and I want you to have an amazing trip, just be respectful of the property and neighbors. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side so you have to keep the long stretch clear.

The stay at McKay's 3Beaches was very comfortable and so convenient to the local attractions. There were 3 of us but the cottage accommodated several more (it was a pleasure not to have to sleep in a bunk bed). All of the amenities were greatly appreciated and we would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful place to stay if relaxing is on the agenda. We (three 50+ adults) greatly enjoyed the spacious front porch with doggie gate as we hung out with our rescue beagle reading and doing crossword puzzles. The kitchen is fully stocked and had so many extras! Host had lots of beach accessories that we used to enjoy two days at the beach. The house is quite large and there was plenty of room for the three of us. Definitely recommend this space!

We had a great stay at McKay’s. He was a great host and the property was just right. Plenty of space for four adults and all of the amenities you could want. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. I’d go back!

Our group had an amazing stay at this property during the last week of June. Our 3 families settled in nicely and had a wonderful stay. We loved being a short walk from the beach. The layout of the property was spacious while also being cozy for us to have a nice time together. The property owners were very communicative the entire trip and leading up to it. This rental checks all the boxes and is absolutely perfect! We come to the beach music festival every year and this place is by far our favorite! Accommodations are enough for your whole crowd, the home is cozy and something new to see everywhere you look! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

This home had everything you could ever need! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, ample seating inside and out and a pet area! The covered porch was so inviting and so much room to play. So close to the beach too. Honorable mention on the bidet in the master bath:) awesome! Cannot wait to stay again

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The house is great! It’s in a great location. The only thing that could make it better would be if it was ocean front, but for being off the ocean you couldn’t ask for more! I was so comfortable at the house that I didn’t want to go home! We had 4 adults 1 teen and 1 child and there was plenty of room! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!
