Carlsberg Brewery Visitors Centre Tours

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and location overlooking the water was nice. We were able to store our luggage which we appreciated. Unfortunately our rooms were not ready at 4 pm despite being told when we first arrived at 10 am that they would be ready. We were offered drink coupons while we waited but ultimately we really just wanted our own space and beds to rest on. We tried to book the free airport shuttle- one of the main reasons we chose this hotel- and were told it was in the shop. No alternate arrangement was offered. We would have appreciated a heads up about the shuttle being out of commission as the employee indicated it had already been in the shop for a while.

Breakfast is good, clean but small

Clean and basic but not the best check in experience and quite busy. Have to store your own luggage in a random basement room. Close to everything so 10/10 for location.
