"Loved this spot. Absolutely spotless and filled with all your basic needs for cooking and comfort. large enough for three couples, a grandma, and one 8yr ole. Please note that the property is located on a river connecting Moosehead Lake to Moose Lake, so not really on a lake. Not much of a problem unless you have a small person in your party you'd rather not lose in the current!"

"This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of Mt. Katahdin. We enjoyed kayaking, hiking in Baxter and relaxing by the campfire. The home is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We enjoyed our trip and only wish we could stay longer!"

"A great home for our family of 10.5 to enjoy. This home has plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all to be comfortable. The home is settled in a beautiful spot in the bay and we enjoyed some stunning sunsets. Although there are homes nearby the property was very private."

"This is a fabulous location in Rockwood, and the house is perfect for two people. Everything was clean, and the host was helpful with answering an inquiry I had about boat rentals & dock size. The location on the mouth of the Moose River is stellar. I’ve stayed in many places on Moosehead Lake and this is easily the best. "
