Quality Inn should be embarsssed to their name on the sign. The place is dirty, rusty, old and shady. I had a room in the back of the hotel where it appeared that local people can rent rooms by the week/hour. There were piles and piles of old furniture outside my window. At about 10:00 pm the police were knocking on the door of the room next to me. The front guy was nice but this place needs to be demolished and built again. The shower Rod was rusty, the lamp was rusty, the rug was old and buckled. I was there for a work trip and basically the only hotel in town. Next time I’ll go to the Hampton Inn in Presque Isle.

The accommodations were basic but adequate. The breakfast was not really a breakfast. It was probably the worst I have had at any hotel.

Check in was @3, we got there at4:30, room was not ready, sheets, blankets in hallway, no maid in sight. Told the desk clerk he went down, no maids around, offered another room, same floor, lights didn't work. Offered a room on 2nd floor. Lamps in the room were rusty. For having a new renovation we weren't impressed.

The bedding, toilet and sink were clean and satisfactory for a 1 night stay. However, all the countertops were grimey with drink rings, stickiness. The bathroom floor was white and in obvious need of mopping. I had to chisel something brown and gross off the floor and wipe down all of the countertops myself. The rug was crusty feeling between the door and bathroom. There were almost no outlets to plug in phones. The bar in the shower was missing allowing water to enter the holes and create nastiness behind the unit and probably in the lower room ceiling. With all the cleanliness issues, I can't imagine eating the continental breakfast. Outside the room, the carpets were muddy. There was renovation trash thrown up against the side of the building. The outside trash was overflowing. Would not stay here again, would not recommend. .

This hotel was amazing we left justbl a few hours ago, ive stayed in many hotels. This was FANTASTIC from when you first walk in its anamazing sight from start to finish and the staff is amazing. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel and to share in this fantastic Experience :)

Great Location Comfortable Rooms
It's in a great location in Caribou so it's easy to get anywhere you need to be. A very comfortable place to stay. The staff are friendly and quick to offer assistance.
