I was very disappointed with my stay at Princess Grand Jamaica.
From the first day until the day we checked out, the air conditioning in our room never worked properly. We reported the issue every single day and repeatedly asked for assistance, but the room never reached a comfortable temperature. We also requested to be moved to another room, and despite being told the request would be addressed, it never happened.
For a vacation that cost nearly $1,990, I did not expect to spend every night trying to sleep in a hot room. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our stay, we were frustrated and uncomfortable.
The customer service was also disappointing. The staff did not seem to treat our concerns with urgency, and there was very little communication or follow-through regarding the air conditioning issue.
The resort itself has potential, but a comfortable room and responsive customer service are basic expectations for any hotel, especially one at this price point. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below those expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."
