「Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.」

「It all started with the warmest welcome and introductions ! Beautiful island with a beautiful resort. Every single person was so nice and always going above and beyond. There’s not one negative thing I can say about this resort, rooms, pools, beaches, personnel; it was all over the top wonderful. The food at all of the restaurants were better than I ever had or even had the opportunity to ever try before. We will be visiting again soon ! Thank you for such an EXCELLENT experience! 」
