「Very Relaxing atmosphere, adults only, so no kids running around, off season, so not too crowded. Staff was outstanding in accommodating you., I’ve stayed in Punta Cana before, (at least 8 times) … this was on of the best for relaxation. Other resorts offer more to do., but for rest and relaxation Excellence Punta Cana is where to go. 」

「Property was great!! Service was very friendly and cordial. The one complaint I have is our room had a somewhat of a mildew smell even when we had the air conditioning turned all the way to the lowest temp. I don’t know how hard this is to prevent in a tropical environment. But it was definitely noticeable. Otherwise nothing but awesome things to say!」

"Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars."
