「The staff was the best part they were super kind and helped us feel welcome. We traveled with a baby and she loved playing with the staff. They did confuse us about the upgrade to club status so make sure if they offer that you are clear on what it includes if you think it's worth it. We loved gusto which was the club status restaurant. It was like 340$ to upgrade our stay to club. They had a club specific pool that we loved but there was never any servers at that pool bar and they also didn't...

「Excellent resort au niveau de la propreté. La finesse dans les details. Par contre, la piscine privée a quelques tuiles manquantes sur le bord. En général, resort à recommander. Sauf qu'il faudra prévoir un service voiturier si vous ne réservez pas avec le resort directement. Expédia a été plus ou moins clair sur cette information. Nous avions dû payer de nos poches des frais de transport (taxi) à un prix touristique!」
