"First Visit, Already Home My daughter and I stayed at the Four Seasons Punta Mita for the first time, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the incredible pool and beautiful surroundings to the impeccable cleanliness and exceptional staff, everything was truly amazing. What stood out most was how welcomed and comfortable we felt throughout our stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We loved every minute of our visit and will definitely be back soon!"

"Did a 40th bday party there with a group of 12. Worked out perfect. 2x Polaris 6 passenger carts that could get you wherever you wanted to go. The house was prefect for congregating and partying but allowing each family to have quiet space since the common area isn't attached to the casitas. Javi the butler was working hard the entire timing making sure people had what they wanted and Camron the chef made delicious food. It's a gem!"

"This is such a special place: you CANNOT beat the view or the direct access to a beautiful, private beach! It’s clean, spacious, and quiet. We even spotted a hummingbird in the garden. It was great having a washer/dryer, beach chairs, a paddleboard, and a grill on hand. Management was easy and helpful to communicate with. We’d also recommend the restaurant at Hotel Basalto, just two doors down. Would love to come again!"

"What a gorgeous property and an attentive staff! This place was perfect for a large family vacation - it had amenities and comfort for everyone ranging in age from 7 to 70 plus. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained. All beds very comfortable and gorgeous with HUGE and modern bathrooms, many with walk-through and outdoor showers. The common areas were comfortable and everything was well taken care of and our kids loved the media room that was virtually wall-to-wall sofas. But what really made this place stand out was the spectacular staff. Huge shoutouts to Caro the concierge who helped us plan and coordinate every little detail (even some changes of plans), Sayed (sp?) our chef who prepared everything from 5-star meals to chicken tenders for the kiddos impeccably, and Nono our bartender who made every moment special and a great margarita (or 100s). And of course attentive housekeepers, sous chef and maintenance man. All together, they made this a very special and worry-free experience."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Dani met us at the condo when we arrived; everything was just as described. The entire property is clean and well-kept. We enjoyed making coffee in the morning and watching the surfers and beach. Walking distance to several great restaurants. This was was our first trip to Punta de Mita; we will most definitely be back!"

"The penthouse was everything we hoped for and more! Grateful for the elevator, water, beach towels, and boogie boards! The property manager, Eloisa, was an amazing concierge. She had homemade guacamole and chips and beers waiting for us. She helped arrange our travel and gave us recommendations for groceries and restaurants. The views were epic. The pool is lovely. Would love to stay here again. The only note I have has nothing to do with the property itself. The the beach is rocky. We cut up our feet up boogie boarding. So bring water shoes/flipkicks to protect your feet!"

"Beautiful place. It’s well situated near Kupuri with beautiful views overlooking the water. The decor is gorgeous. The breakfast each morning was delicious. We enjoyed having the golf cart to get around the area. The reason for the four stars instead of five is that, upon check out, we were informed we were being charged 50 for each two dirty towels. One had a burn mark from an iron — we definitely did not use an iron at the beach— the other probably some dirt from the beach or something. We’ve stayed at a lot of places in our time and really never have had this—"
