- In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Medoc, ideally located 300 m from the lake and the village center of Maubuisson (many shops and restaurants within walking distance), 15 min. from the ocean by bike paths at the bottom of the residence, 30 min. from the famous Médoc wine route including the biggest classified growths (Château Palmer, Château Margaux, etc.), T2 mezzanine apartment of 30 m2 new (delivery in May 2019), fully equipped, with terrace of 5 m2 overlooking the pine forest, fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine), internet access and wifi ADSL 2, large bathroom with bath, 4 beds of great comfort (a sofa bed + 2 beds 90x190 can merge into a 180x190 bed).
All you have to do is pack the bags!
