WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.
Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: Pets must be reported prior to arrival. $50/pet; per stay. Max 2; dogs only. If unreported, you will be subject to pet fee plus $50 unreported pet fee.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
Suite is located on 3rd floor. Access by stairs ONLY.

What to Know Before You Book:
Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly by approval only. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted with payment of a $50 pet fee per stay. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and properly supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless securely crated. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are fully responsible for any damages, additional cleaning, pest treatment, or violations resulting from pets.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional fees. You may request a crate at no charge in our enhancements page: www.sivr.rentals/enhancements

This was a cozy spot to stay for the weekend, very clean and quaint. Would definitely stay again. Want to check out another property more embedded in nature through them next time but this one is located practically on SIUC campus and near everything you need.

Great location

The location is ideal - we walked to campus and dinner at Quatros. Great communication and instructions. The rooms are on the 3rd floor and we took the industrial style stairs. The room was fine - good bed, kitchen well supplied, good bathroom.

Unique

As you walk in, you don't know what to expect since the building used to be the old water department. However, the room was cute, clean and suited the purpose. The amount of stairs we had to climb was unexpected as my spouse will be getting knee surgery soon. Otherwise great job with the renovated the building.

SIU short visit

There was just a little confusion with the room door number, but property managers fixed it quickly. I was also just a little confused about the size. Some of the pictures are community areas. It was in an area of town that I’m very familiar with. I enjoyed my stay a lot, even though I was only there to study.

Excellent stay!

Super cute studio type condo! Beautifully decorated and immaculate. Close to everything in Carbondale and great location for going south to visit wineries. There are 2 flights of metal stairs to climb if you’re staying after hours or on the weekend but we had no trouble at all.

Interesting property

There are several units at this location which was the old city of Carbondale water plant. Units well laid out. Great location if you want to be near the SIU campus.

Perfect home base for two + a small dog

Very cute and well decorated suite, it had everything we needed. 💕The location is easy to get to, parking is onsite and we enjoyed our stay. Now, don’t freak out when the door with the first code to get in leads to a industrial, spider webby, fire-escape like staircase. 💪Work out time! Pick up your dog because level 2 is just a grate. Once you trek your suitcases up two flights, the next door leads to an air conditioned adorable lobby. Finally, here’s what we were looking for! ☺️ Follow the hallway past the elevator(it’s slow and small, I wouldn’t use it), pass up the master lock boxes and find your door number 1-4. Enter your code again and you’re in! The ONLY thing they could improve on in the room was,to just vaccum and wash the floor in between flips. Yes, I’m a clean freak, but it’s something that 99% would appreciate. Overall, great and enjoyable!
