「The cabin was very secluded and quiet! I guess the whole county had no internet service, so the first night we had no tv and we couldn’t get anything with our phones. Luckily it came back on Sunday mid morning, but we had to go to Carbondale to watch my son play baseball for SIC. We came back watch some tv and went to bed. The place was very cozy!」

「We booked this location for a 70th birthday celebration. It was perfect for our needs- well appointed and spacious enough for 3 adult couples and a teen. We prepared two meals at the cottage and found the kitchen to be stocked with all the appliances, dishes and utensils we needed. The view of the lake was beautiful. It was especially hot the weekend we visited- all three generations were grateful for the exceptional air conditioning unit. We will definitely consider booking this property again...

「A group of 3 ladies stayed here for 2 nights to enjoy a long holiday weekend. The house and property were well above our expectations. The pictures of the property are great, but do not reflect just how special this place is for a relaxing stay. 「Came in on a Friday evening - hit a nearby winery for a drink and light dinner. Everything in the cabin was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed - we cooked breakfast and grilled steaks (did have to bring charcoal but we knew that in advance). The hot tub was amazing - beautiful sunsets and wildlife added the perfect touch! Hosts were very helpful and got back to us immediately when we reached out. Can’t wait to visit again!」

「This was such a cute and quiet place! There were no disruptions, and the property was well-maintained and clean. Everything was in working order and set up well. The cabin was easy to find and had a nice pond and porch. We saw hummingbirds, frogs, butterflies, and other small animals. It was the perfect little getaway for a girls' weekend. Very comfortable bed and all the amenities you could want. Plenty of space for two people and comfortable. Thank you!」
