「Very nice place! Super friendly staff and great coffe and hot chocolate. 」

「Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel au cadre magnifique : vue splendide sur la montagne, piscine très agréable avec ses bedpools confortables, et un personnel vraiment adorable et attentif. Cependant, trois points nous ont déçus : • Pas d’eau chaude durant tout notre séjour (3 jours). • Aucune carte indiquant les tarifs des consommations. • Une nuit particulièrement difficile à cause de voisins ayant mis la musique à fond et chanté jusqu’à 3 h du matin, malgré nos demandes répétées...

「They must make an effort and clean up a lot of debris that exists on the property, it makes such a beautiful place look ugly and disorganized. Their staff is quite attentive and friendly.」

「We had a wonderful stay at WR Boutique Hotel in Jardín. It is a beautiful and elegant hotel, with an exceptional level of cleanliness — everything felt spotless, and the bed linens were absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony is stunning and truly adds to the experience. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the town center, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and always ready to help. We would definitely stay here again!」

Two small complaints: the pillows and mattress have plastic covers, which I understand ensures cleanliness, but is quite uncomfortable in a humid environment and was a surprise to see at a fairly nice hotel. Second, the hot tub was cold. It would have been nice to enjoy it after a long day hiking. 」
