「Lovely stay at Hotel Passaflores. We stayed at this beautiful hotel with a group. The rooms are spacious well appointed with thoughtful toiletries. The grounds are quintessential Jardin. The restaurant was 10 stars. Our reception was very welcoming. They served us a welcome refreshment. The minibar is included with the room. It's an excellent place to stay in Jardin. 」

「The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away」

「Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel au cadre magnifique : vue splendide sur la montagne, piscine très agréable avec ses bedpools confortables, et un personnel vraiment adorable et attentif. Cependant, trois points nous ont déçus : • Pas d’eau chaude durant tout notre séjour (3 jours). • Aucune carte indiquant les tarifs des consommations. • Une nuit particulièrement difficile à cause de voisins ayant mis la musique à fond et chanté jusqu’à 3 h du matin, malgré nos demandes répétées...

「Great property to stay, clean, big rooms, service was great. We checked in early without issue. Breakfast was buffet style with eggs to order in any way. Many restaurants to visit in the town, I recomend taking the arrierito tour!」
