Great Location!

Loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. We had plenty of room for five adults. Shower was very tiny. Had a hard time getting hair wet it was so short. A downfall was that no linens are provided, but works out ok, just don’t forget. Would love to stay here again!!

Capitola Perfection!

This adorable beach house is perfect in every way! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again next year. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

A Unique Experience

We loved staying at this historic property! Very clean, a lot of personality, and so close to the beach. My mom, who has trouble with stairs, stayed in the downstairs bedroom and my kids and I stayed upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have beach chairs provided. The only downside was parking…we had to double park to unload the car on arrival and then move the car to a downtown parking spot, but once we figured it out parking was manageable. It was worth it for the wonderful location. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Family weekend in Capitola

The Venetian Courts in Capitola are a landmark of the area. The best part is not only are the courts a great place to stay but you are literally on the beach and steps from downtown. We spent the celebrating our daughter’s birthday and it was perfect. They took the upstairs and we took the downstairs. This place has one of the usable second story decks which was a great way to end the day. Definitely would recommend

Colorful Seaside Beauty

Capitola and The Venetian Hotel are very nostalgic for our family. As our children were growing up, we spend many long weekends visiting this beautiful seaside village. Now that our children are all adults, we decided to spend a couple of days in one of the larger, privately owned 3 bedroom units. This sweet home was perfect for our family and brought back wonderful memories. You cannot beat the location, views and sounds of the waves while you drift off to sleep. The owners were extremely helpful and very gracious. We would definitely come and stay again, when in Capitola.

Host should be fired, he did not contact me and did not return my messages. We had to call the VRBO to get code for lock box to access. I have stayed multiple times VRBO the host always text me to see if everything was ok.

Great central location. Perfect if you want to hop downtown anytime for coffee or drinks! House was suitable, but nothing fancy. Low ceilings. Narrow spiral staircase. Limited amenities. Limited parking for a group . Closest parking only 3 hours. Still enjoyed our stay very much!

The property is quaint, and spacious - the stairs are not safe, however. otherwise it was a great place to stay - can't beat the location.

Besides bringing your own sheets/towels...parking was a challenge. Kitchen was well stocked. Couch/bed fairly uncomfortable. Half of beach chairs broken. But, in the end, you can't beat the location.

GREAT beach house!

The location is fabulous and the property is well equiped with the exception of one thing. There is no place to put your hanging clothes. No closets, clothes bar or hooks.It would be helpful if There was something. The unit is clean, comfortable and a GREAT location!
