The balcony will treat you to a fantastic view with a picnic bench,
perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with sundowners as you admire
the gorgeous twilight sky. The main bedroom has a queen bed, balcony
access and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The second
bedroom has a double bed, accessing the shared bathroom fitted with a
shower.
The apartment complex is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The
building is accessed controlled, with secure parking available in an
undercover parking bay for guests' safety. The coastal suburb of

establishments within walking distance of the apartment complex, some

guests a convenient drive south to the Cape Town City Centre, while the

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
