Eden on the Bay 171 is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom 120sqm apartment that comes fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxed and self-catered stay. The main living area has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge; complemented by dark tones, touches of natural wood and ample natural light. The kitchen is fully-equipped with every amenity needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine for guests convenience. The lounge boasts a flat-screen TV and a large sliding door leading to a furnished balcony with stunning ocean views. The apartment can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests, making it the perfect apartment for business travellers, friends or a family vacation. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower, his&her sinks and a heated towel rack. The second bedroom has two single beds, accessing the shared bathroom fitted with a shower. A sleeper couch in the lounge can accommodate an additional guest under 12 years old. For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at Cnr Sir David Baird Dr and Otto du Plessis Drive, Big Bay
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
