240 Windsor Ave is located just a few blocks walking distance to the beautiful Cape May ocean beaches, Washington Street Mall and many fine restaurants. Centrally located in the heart of the historic district of Cape May.

This lower level 2 bedroom 1 bath has a large eat in kitchen, Full bath with stand-up shower, living room with a wall mounted smart TV, and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. In the backyard you will find an outdoor shower, grill, and paver patio with table, seating for 6. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed, and the sofa bed is a full size. (Sheets and pillow cases are not provided)

Relax on the screened in front porch while reading a book, surfing the internet or enjoying your favorite beverage. Enjoy the historical ambiance watching horse-drawn carriages down Windsor Ave.

Great cozy home in a tree lined quiet neighborhood. Easy to drive around town once you get the lay of the land, but also quite walkable. A short walk puts you at the beach and many shops and places to eat. Another stroll puts you at the Washington Mall pedestrian only shopping area. A 5 minute drive and you are at Sunset Beach! Great place!

Perfect porch for a relaxing stay.

Weather wasn’t great, but this house sure was. Plenty of room to spread out. A well stocked kitchen with all the gadgetry needed for meal prep. And the porch was the perfect spot to rest when Mother Nature kept us off the beach.

This offers a wonderful location for easy access to the beach, the promenade, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, the Cape May light house and a gem of a museum- The Harriet Tubman museum! We enjoyed lovely walks daily too. Thank you.

Nice 1st floor 2 bedroom unit close to everything. Full kitchen, laundry, outdoor hot water shower, 4 beach passes. Street parking is not bad even on weekends in hot season. Very good experience overall.

The location of the property is awesome ! However , the beds could definitely be upgraded, terrible sleeping conditions. The floors were extremely cold and not great. (Some foundation issues) The bathroom is tiny- very tight. It served its purpose for our needs. Owner was responsive.

Great stay

We had a great stay here. The location is the best! Just a few minutes walking from the beach and from the Washington street with all the restaurants and shops. The house itself is very clean and has everything for a beach vacation. The communication with the property manager was nice and easy! After we came home we realised that we forgot a ton of staff at the rental, and the owner was so nice that he mailed everything to us!! I really appreciated it, it tells you that the owners really care about their guests and will do their best to ensure that the guests are having a nice stay! Some people complained about the parking, but we never had an issue finding one, just follow the parking recommendations on the listing. If I ever come back to Cape May, I will definitely book this property again!

My parents, 8 year old son, and myself stayed at Nick’s property the first week of October. This is one of the few times we booked outside of a realtor and used an app so I was a little nervous. I can honestly say that the place was absolutely wonderful!! The apartment has a side entrance that’s private with an easy keypad to use. Even my parents figured it out! The adorable patio is in the back. We didn’t use the outdoor showers but nice to have them for the summer months! We sat out back reading quite a bit in the sun. There is also a beautiful wrap around front porch, which is accessible from the spacious living room. I also spent some time relaxing in the afternoons there, just watching people go by. The apartment overall is spacious, with a large kitchen supplied with anything you could think of. We spent a few nights cooking dinner at home. The living room has a tv with every channel, and there is plenty of comfortable sitting space as well. It was nice to unwind and put a movie on there at night. The bedrooms were very nice. No closets, but plenty of dressers and a space to hang items as well, hangers provided. The only thing worth mentioning is the master bed (queen size) is set up very high. My dad couldn’t climb up onto it, and some other older people might have issues. However, there is the sofa bed so that was where my dad slept comfortably. The space was also very clean and tidy and in a great location. Parking was not an issue either. Definitely would recommend

Enjoyed our stay. Take note there aren’t sheets and those need to be rented, but this seems to be a norm in the area. Living room door situation is odd and if there weren’t kids upstairs when we were there it may have felt uncomfortable but overall enjoyed our stay.

There was a lot going on with all the other rental units and neighbors but everyone was so nice and made us feel welcomed! This place is exactly what it states, shared porch and two bedrooms. We loved walking to the beach and enjoying cape May!

Nice weekend stay

The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need, except for pillow cases and sheets, so don't forget these. It is located in a very nice residential area, walking/biking distance to the beach, restaurants and cafés. We enjoyed seating on a nice porch in the evenings. Overall a great place in West Cape May neighborhood with its local vibes!

Good location, not very comfortable

The location was great. There was an odor throughout the unit that smelled like cat & there were cobwebs in both bedrooms. The family staying upstairs were incredibly loud-you could hear every footstep. It was reasonable priced, but overall not a comfortable stay.
