This home is located steps away from a preserved 40 acre working farm surrounded by the peace and serenity of the Cape May countryside. Located right off the West Cape Bridge and well within a 15 minute bike/ 5 minute car ride to Cape May beaches, Wineries, Cape May Point, Center city Cape May, and many other nearby attractions. Higbee Beach is also located nearby and is an ideal attraction for nature lovers, pets, and beach goes who are looking for something more on the wild side. This home is located on an acre of land with a fenced in rear yard, rear driveway access, private pool, large back deck with a retractable awning, outdoor grill and shower. Step inside and enjoy the open layout with a large living room, eat in kitchen, formal dining room for large groups, private study/ reading room ideal for working while on vacation if need be. Also located on the first floor is the laundry room with a custom walk in shower. Upstairs features 4 bedrooms which sleep 8 guests comfortably. The Master Bedroom features its own private balcony and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms include two doubles and two twin beds. All Bedrooms have their own wall mounted smart TVs for your entertainment. There is a hall bathroom which has a tub and shower. The front porch is perhaps one of the best locations for enjoying morning coffee while soaking in the morning sun and sounds of birds and other wildlife from the farmland across the street. There is plenty of parking as there is a large driveway that can accommodate up to 6 cars. It tends to be very quiet at night and there is plenty of privacy in the backyard, perfect for you to bring up to 2 pets with you while on vacation. This rental offers beach service through Steger Beach Service at Cove beach and Broadway beaches. Additionally, there are 6 chairs and 1 umbrella offered at the rental in the event you wish to visit other beaches in the area. 6 complimentary beach tags for both Cape May Point and Cape May are also provided. Bikes can be delivered through Shields Bike Rental in Cape May or Golf Carts can be rented through Cape May Carts.
