Worth the stay

Wonderful weekend

We were a group of 4 adults and our 6 teenaged kids. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Enough comfy beds for all of us, everything we needed in the kitchen and a great space for movie night. Dev was quick to respond and so accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house.

Had a girls weekend here and could walk everywhere. Beds and space for a large group. We had a rainy weekend, but would have loved to use the yard more. Host is responsive and helpful. Hope to be back for another Cape May visit.

Good place in great location

Decent house that sleeps a ton of people in an amazing location. Only complaint is that the house doesn't come with linens/towels, so we had to pay $175.00 extra the day we checked in. Not the best experience. Otherwise, the house was great for what we needed & would stay here again.

Enjoyed stay in Cape May

Great location! We were able to walk to the beach and to Washington St. Mall from this spot. They had corn hole which we played quite often. Two refrigerators was a nice bonus. Best of all was the outdoor shower. I'm not sure anyone showered inside...even in the rain we showered outside, just put your things in a plastic bag. There is also a long table great for all to play a game of Left Right Center! Thank you to the owners for a great time in Cape May!

Cousins' House for a wedding

This was perfect for our family for my son's wedding. Check in and check out processes were easy. Driveway and on street parking for free was great. We were close enough to everything to walk within 15 - 20 minutes or a 3 - 5 minute drive. 2 young children loved the large backyard to play ball and blow bubbles. Having 2 refrigerators was a plus. I would definitely consider this house for a family friendly vacation.

So Family Friendly!!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the thoughtfulness that is seen throughout it. We hosted our family of 4 (including a toddler and infant), as well as similar age nieces, and grandparents for a week stay, that included our vow renewal. The house came equipped with a high hair, crib, beach chairs, toys, and even 2 annual beach tags. Dev is an incredible host and was so helpful and accommodating for our wedding celebration. Highly recommend this property especially for a family with young children. Thank you, Dev!!

We had a girls weekend in the house. It was great. We all loved it. Made me look good to my friends. The only problem we noticed was the front door. It was hard to operate. Took several attempts. The lights/fan remote control in the back first floor bedroom was missing.

Great family beach trip

We had a fabulous time here with a very responsive host. Our group was 2 seniors, 4 adults, and 4 children ranging age 2-7. First floor bathroom with grab bars was great for the grandparents and they stayed in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. Simple but classy seaside decor. Backyard was great for the kiddos. Plenty of TVs for people to watch whatever they would like. House had basic essentials for eating in. Luckily it is easy to drive or instacart some groceries needed. Easy walk to the beach even for the kids (2 year old in a wagon with the beach supplies). Would love to come back again and stay here

Gathering of Friends at Cape May

We are a group who have gathered yearly for 43 years. This year we numbered from 9 to a max of 12 during the week...There was plenty of parking for our cars along left side of driveway and in street along front of house, and Dev let us also park on the right for a portion of our stay when he did not plan to be there. Dev was there when we arrived, was pleasant to deal with and responded quickly for a slow sink drain. The house has neat features like motion sensor lighting (handy for old folks in an unfamiliar house) and Alexa voice-activated music and more. Two refrigerators a big plus! The first-floor rooms were great for our mobility-challenged friend, though wheelchair access would not have been possible. Upstairs a bit warmer than down, but that suited our group... I like it cold... others not so much... AC worked well over-all. Yard was visited by bunnies and birds which we found pleasantly entertaining. We set up a canopy for increased shade over the back yard seating area. Lots of seating for our group to sit outside and relax. Some of our party walked to the beach, but we also rented a 6 seat golf cart which Dev let us park on the lawn for charging. Location was easy-access to everywhere. Everyone agreed we enjoyed the house, and would stay again during a year when our numbers would be small enough to accomodate us. Thanks, Dev!

We had a wonderful fall getaway with our young adult daughters and their signifiant others. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine in the sunroom! We even enjoyed having dinner outside in the backyard. The location was great with an easy walk to shopping and sites. I wanted to alert the owners that we had no hot water on the second floor. I think the hot water heater is old and may need to be serviced or replaced. We had hot water on the first floor. Also, the code to the "game room" did not work. We assumed that was on the second floor of the garage building, but we never found it or had entry.

We just got back from our stay in Cape May for a long weekend at this property and had a great time! This location was great for a group of 8 of us to walk to the beach and downtown areas. It fit us all comfortably and we didn’t feel on top of each other at all. The backyard was decent size and driveway fit our 3 cars and could hold more. Our only gripes were lack of toilet paper and not being listed as an item to bring and the upstairs shower didn’t get warm water the whole trip but we easily used the downstairs and outdoor one instead. I would definitely recommend this property.
