Welcome to your Cape Coral getaway! This brand-new waterfront home features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 twin room with two beds and a desk-perfect for families, couples or remote work.

You'll enjoy thoughtful amenities like:
-Saltwater heated pool (heated to 83 degrees, if hotter is requested an addtional fee may apply)
-Two stackable washer/dryer units
-Cozy eat-in kitchen nook and open dining area-ideal for shared meals or game night
-Indoor fireplace
-Dedicated office space
-5 bikes (easy 8 min bike ride with bike lane to Rum Runners, or Fathoms Restaurant)
-2 kayaks with lifejackets
-2 paddleboards

We provide pool towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap for your convenience.
We've also added thoughtful comforts that matter to us when we travel- like soft linens cozy duvets, and high quality bedding-because we know how important it is to feel at home (and sleep well!) wherever you go.

Step out to the private dock, perfect for morning coffee, launching kayaks or renting a boat-just minutes to open water with Gulf access.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—an easy walk or bike ride to the marina, shops, and restaurants. We loved spending time in the heated pool, and the shallow area was just right for our grandson.The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable for both adults and little ones. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.Heather and the property manager were delightful to work with—communication was clear, friendly, and prompt. We’re already missing the gorgeous sunsets and hope to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay at your gorgeous home with our Kids, grandkids and great grandbaby! Your home was a perfect setup for us to enjoy plus the heated pool even though the weather was chilly! Excellent communication from owners and property manager. Loved having our boat to go island hopping, Dolphin watching and access to the Gulf of America Great restaurants and Publix nearby. Lots of bike paths to enjoy. Golfing nearby also was enjoyed! Everything was perfect Thank you again! The Peterson family.

The host was amazing. She communicated well and made the process easy. The house was new and had amenities such as a heated pool, great grill, dock, bikes, canoes and paddleboards that made it easy to enjoy the weather and the beautiful community. We would stay there again and we highly recommend this comfortable home.

Das Haus von Heather war ein absolutes Premium Domizil. Moderner Stil in weiss und grauem Stein, genau unser Geschmack. Das Haus wurde vor Kurzem neu gebaut. Wir waren mit die ersten Mieter. Alles funktionierte entsprechen top. Größe, Aufteilung der Zimmer, Ausstattung der Küche und Badezimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen. (TV in allen Räumen mit aktivem Netflix und Pramount Account, zwei riesige Waschmaschinen, zwei ebenso große Trockner). Die Küche war mit allen erdenklichen Geräten ausgestattet. Der "Masterbedroom hatte einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und eine extra großes Badezimmer. Ein besonderes Highlight war auch die Terrasse. Durch die Westausrichtung hatten wir jeden Abend einen spektakulären Sonnenuntergang. Das Mückengitter wurde ohne Zwischensäulen gespannt. Dadurch hatte man freien Blick. Natürlich war auch ein großer, fast unbenutzter Napoleon Gasgrill vorhanden. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter das Haus für den eigenen Bedarf gebaut haben. Ich hatte vorab mit der Vermieterin Heather Whatsapp Kontakt. Sie reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich. Das Türschloss war für uns programmiert. Zusätzlich kam am Anfang und Ende für Führung und Übergaben eine deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin. Alles lief absolut professionell und pünktlich ab. Zusätzliche Photos muß ich nicht hochladen. Die Bilder auf Fewo sind genauso wie die Unterkunft ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus rundum empfehlen. Viele Grüße Günter

Wow! Canal Stunner

What a fabulous property! This house has it all. Plenty of room for several people. The private and screened in heated saltwater pool is amazing. It was a favorite spot. With all of the patio space there is an option for sun or shade throughout most of the day and the view down the canal is stunning, especially as the sun sets in the evening. The kitchen and outdoor grill made dinners in easy, but the location is close to a lot of great restaurants and markets. The house is clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We’d go back without a doubt!

We booked this little slice of heaven for a family vacation and it the photos did not do it justice. The check in process was simple and easy. The breathtaking sunsets are pure heaven. Quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and stores. Heather was a great communicator with fast responses.

Calmness in this chaotic world

House was absolutely beautiful. We were able to experience amazing sunsets while sitting on the back patio/pool area. Our host was easy to get a hold of. The neighborhood is nice. We were able to fish off the dock. We didn't catch much but the kids had a good time. The kids were in the pool from sun up and when we returned until bed time. We definitely recommend and hope to stay there again in the future

Awesome Cape Coral Property

Spent five weeks in this lovely end of canal home. Fantastic water views with beautiful sunsets. Heather was a fantastic host. We would definitely stay here again.
