"Overall, it’s a great house in a great area close to town 20 minute walk to the beach. The house needs a little bit of TLC especially the outside. "

"The house was very dirty. The kitchen is ill prepared no pots and pans that match lids. Very little cook cooking equipment. The refrigerator was leaking. The dishwasher did not roll on rollers. The rugs in the kitchen are filthy. The toaster did not work properly. The back sliding door does not lock the inside door of the small bathroom downstairs was utterly filthy. The outdoors gardens have not been kept up. I would call it a dump."
