Extrem überteuert und falsche Angaben beim Angebot

Auf der Buchungsseite wird damit geworben, dass im Preis ein täglicher Reinigungsservice inbegriffen ist, "Aufenthalt wie in einem Hotel". Tatsächlich gibt es keinen Reinigungsservice und der Vermieter wusste angeblich nichts von dieser Aussage auf der Website. Er sagte „wir sind kein Hotel“ und deswegen müsse man selbst putzen. Allerdings gibt es in der Wohnung kein Putzmittel oder Lappen. Die Handtücher wurden nur auf unsere Nachfrage hin und dann unvollständig erneuert, alle 3-4 Tage. Sehr belastend war der Gestank aus sämtlichen Abflüssen der Wohnung. Wir versuchten mit Abflussreinigung, viel spülen etc. etwas dagegen zu unternehmen, doch der Gestank ließ sich nicht eindämmen, weshalb es Tag und Nacht in der ganzen Wohnung nach faulig-schwefeliger Kanalisation roch. Der Safe war nicht nutzbar, wir erhielten trotz Nachfrage keinen Schlüssel , sodass wir keinerlei Wertsachen verschließen konnten. Die Balkontür ließ sich weder schließen, noch abschließen, sodass man mit Leichtigkeit in das Appartement (1. Etage) hätte einsteigen können. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr lieblos eingerichtet und die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Der Wasserkocher verkalkt und verrostet. Im Appartement gibt es keine Möglichkeit nasse Handtücher, Badeanzüge o.ä. aufzuhängen, was in einem zweiwöchigen Badeurlaub wirklich blöd ist. Wir haben uns dann selbst Wäscheleinen gekauft und sie notdürftig auf dem Balkon befestigt. Personal war unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Juli2023
