This charming and historic train station had room for us all- 7 adults and 2 kids ages 8 and 11. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. Americans probably will purchase ice at the local market, Conad, as well
as wonderful cheeses and everything else needed. We cooked most of the time, but there is an excellent pizza place with a nice area to sit on a deck
behind it (has gluten free dough if needed) and we enjoyed a beautiful outdoor restaurant that is very close (Il Giardoetto) . It was a very hot week and we used all the fans to try to keep cool at night, and they were much appreciated. We ate outside at a big table under a large umbrella, but the dining room is huge, and the living room was very comfortable for lounging. The local system for
recycling is a bit complicated but seems to be the new norm in Italy. The pool
is absolutely awesome, beautiful and clean, and we were in it every day- just loved it! Thanks to the excellent hosts.
