Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms: a king primary suite with en-suite bathroom, TV, room-darkening curtains, and a large closet; a queen bedroom with closet and blackout curtains; and a full + twin bedroom great for kids or extra guests. Downstairs features a flex fourth bedroom with two twin beds (daybed with pull-out trundle), barn-door entry, and a desk — ideal for guests who work remotely or want extra privacy. The home includes three bathrooms: a private en-suite upstairs with stand-up shower, a shared full bath with tub/shower combo upstairs, and a convenient half bath downstairs. This is a perfect rental for people traveling with pets in Santa Clarita. My wife and I visited in early Feb 2026 along with our two tuxedo cats. The property was easy to access with a keycode lock and Svetlana was excellent with the communication in case we needed anything. There are three bedrooms upstairs along with another with a trundle bed on the main floor - plenty of places for our kitties to explore. Also, the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, this an ideal rental for a family who wants to bring along their furry friends. Finally, a shout-out to Svetlana, who promptly replied to any questions and concerns, and resolved any issues quickly. A terrific host for a terrific rental!
