The Farriers is a charming 3 bedroom home located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. This stylish property features a spacious lounge and dining area, ideal for relaxation, alongside its fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, each of the 3 bedrooms is furnished with blue and green accents, adding a touch of comfort and elegance, with a nod to the serene outdoor spaces that surround the property. This property is on the doorstep of the hectares of natural beauty that is Cannock Chase, with a Go Ape located at Birches Valley for endless fun with the family. Hednesford Hills Raceway is just a few minutes drive from the property providing a unique source of entertainment during your stay as well as Beaudesert you may wish to visit for golfing. For those who enjoy a spot of retail therapy, we have a newly opened McArthur Glen Designer Outlet with eateries and shops including Rituals, Nike, Coach and more just a short distance from the accommodation. Our house is ideal for tourists and corporate stays alike as it is conveniently positioned for many important road links.
RULES: Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property. We hope that you can understand the necessity of this for insurance purposes. Once the guest has agreed and responded to our terms and conditions, confirmed their identity and paid the damage deposit, we will then be able to forward on check in details for access to the property. **Please note that these will not be given out until all criteria is completed**
