THE APARTMENT
The apartment features the following floor plan:
- Large and beautiful living room opening onto the terrace, with dining table for 6 people, TV, sofa and armchairs.
- The East-facing terrace, perfect for sunny breakfasts and cool afternoons sheltered from the hot sun.
- An open-floor kitchen, fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay.
- A first bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet, opening onto the main terrace as well.
- A second bedroom, also with queen size bed, TV, chest of drawers and private balcony.
- A shower room.
- Separate toilets.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 8 minutes by car from the train station, 15 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
After a few steps in your street, the Rue du Cros Vieil, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within a few minutes on foot:
- Reach the Mouré Rouge beach and either go for a swim or have a cocktail or meal at an outdoor cafe.
- Enjoy the quaint village atmosphere of the Palm Beach district while shopping for your daily needs like the locals do (butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, post office...)
- Leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront and take a ride on the Carrousel or race remote-controlled boats.
- Change scenery and have breakfast by the sea at the Mouré Rouge (restaurant) or at the Duplex.
And within less than 10 minutes by car:
- Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals.
- Discover the best restaurants in the center of Cannes (don’t hesitate to ask us for our favorite spots!)
- Explore the alleys of the medieval Le Suquet district and the church of Notre-Dame d’Espérance, with its panoramic view of Cannes and the sea…

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, plus locked underground parking garage, plus public parking (closed during the night) 4 minutes away on foot.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
