A Bright and Fully Equipped Space
Located on the 1st floor with an elevator, this apartment features a bright, south-facing living/dining room opening onto a lovely balcony with a table for two, ideal for enjoying a coffee outdoors.
The large open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort: oven, hob, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine... everything has been designed for a "home-from-home" stay.
This very bright living room is air-conditioned, ideal for summer days on the French Riviera.
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, also air-conditioned, each with two single beds or a king-size double bed (180 cm), allowing you to customize the layout according to your needs. Each bedroom has its own shower room. A separate guest toilet is also available for maximum comfort.

Appartement bien situé

Très bon séjour. Échanges faciles avec les responsables, nous avons été accueillis à l’heure convenue. L’appartement est tel que sur les photos et est situé à quelques rues de la mer et à proximité de tous les commerces. Idéal si vous voulez être au centre de l’action.
