Set within a former private mansion dating from the early 1900s, this apartment offers a peaceful retreat in a residential area of Cannes. With its garden terrace and generous volumes, it combines historic character with modern comfort while remaining within walking distance of the Palais des Festivals and the beaches.
Some neighborhoods of Cannes reveal a quieter side of the city. Tree-lined streets, residential buildings and local cafés create a calm environment while keeping essential services close by.
From here, the Croisette, the beaches and the Palais des Festivals remain accessible on foot or by public transport.
Inside this former private mansion, the apartment retains beautiful architectural elements such as high ceilings and parquet floors, giving the space both character and warmth.
Spanning 74m² on the garden level, the apartment opens onto a peaceful terrace overlooking a small garden.
The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, connected to a fully equipped kitchen designed for everyday cooking.
Three bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements: one with a double bed, another with a bunk bed combining a double and a single bed, and a third bedroom with a mezzanine bed and direct access to a private bathroom.
A second bathroom completes the layout.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.
Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.
Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash
Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
