「The air conditioning was faulty and only covers part of the house ..the upper floor is unusable in hot weather. According to the engineer this was a known fault with the property's system and hadn't been rectified for our arrival leaving us with no AC in 35 degrees temperatures. The garden was also in a poor state, it looked like it hadn't been cared for in at least 2 months. The again did send a gardner and an AC engineer but this was halfway through our stay so of little help. Not the sort of...
