"Mattress was very squeaky and caved in the middle. Pull out couch had wrecked floor under it and the cushions were ripped out from the couch making it hard for your head not to fall down a hole. Zippers were also broken on the couch. Yes we did tell the front desk. They informed us all mattresses were new-either they missed replacing one (our room) or they were super cheap, or broken bed frame ? We had very sore back from the cheap, creaky and likely old mattress "

"Beautiful room, couldn’t get the fireplace to work though and the tv channels were difficult to use. Room would be nice to have a toaster as well and shot chocolate for the keurig as well instead of just coffee. "

"Incredible place to stay with kids. The full kitchen saved us hundreds of dollars during our week. It was an easy and enjoyable drive into Banff and all the ski resorts. Will definitely be back! The sauna was the cherry on top for this place."
