"The bed frame underneath the mattress (wood strips) are broken making the mattress sink in. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE… also no ironing board. When I emailed the host, wanted me to confirm about the ironing board. But didn’t mention anything about the bed which is very unprofessional. The bed has screws showing like they tried to fix the issue in the pass. "

"This villa was perfect for us. Ground floor with no stairs. Beautiful lake out back with turtles, ducks and white Herons. Beds are comfy. Glenn was very responsive to us when we needed help or places to eat. We had a problem with getting hot water to the second bedroom shower but there are 3 bathrooms. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our time at this condo. The kids loved sharing a room (we were traveling with friends with similar aged kids). The beach is right across the street but unfortunately the waves are rougher and there was a lot of seaweed so it wasn't very usable. The pool was very close walk and nice but VERY warm so almost not refreshing (we traveled in June during a heat wave).
