We would like to clarify the information about the room assigned, we regret that the category selected was not as you expected as our front desk staff mentioned, there is a difference between the standard balcony room to the terrace one, and we regret your dissatisfaction with the room assigned, however, we provide the category according to the reservation, we also lament not been informed about the room condition, otherwise we could offer you an alternative. We are sorry to hear that the general law for tobacco control has not been to your liking and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify that we have a smoking area in the motor lobby area which is signposted.
