繁華街、ビーチに近い。立地はすごく良い。
スタッフの対応が良かった。 早朝にCancúnに着いたのですが、early checkinの予約をしてないにもかかわらず、 checkinを快くしてくれた。

良くない
立地と低価格(他と比べて)で選んだがこのホテルはオススメ出来ない。 ドライヤーとシャンプーが無く何度言っても持ってこない、トイレが流れない、エスカレーターが使えない、など普通のホテルなら当然であるサービスが無かった。

シャワーが弱くてぬるい
部屋は値段相当のきれいで無駄に広い ただシャワーが弱すぎる 夜浴びるとぬるいってゆーか水 夕方とか昼間なら暖かいのででる

ホテルの案内文は正しく❗
場所は良く、建物も味わい深く滞在にはまったく問題はない、しかし紹介文のプライベートビーチはパブリックでパラソル・チェア・タオル全てなし、せめてプールでもあれば… 確かに安いですけどね

いくら値段が良くても、お勧めできません。
コンセプトは面白いがまったくおすすめできない。 せっかくのリゾートがぶちこわされる想い。 立地もあまりいいとは言えず、いいところを見つけるのが難しい。

La habitacion le faltaba ventilación, cuando uno se bañaba se salia el agua porque las cortinas eran cortas y todo el piso se mojaba, y cuando hicieron la habitación no nos dejaron toallas limpias

Our room was in front of the pool table. People were playing with it after midnight. There is no sign that says guests are not supposed to use it after 10:00pm. The room was clean for the price. Not staying this hotel anymore though.

El lugar es una plaza comercial adaptada como mini hotel, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, sin embargo el costo es acordé a lo ofrecido, y aunque el lugar es lúgubre la zona en la que está ubicado es espectacular 👌 ; sin embargo no volvería a quedarme, para una noche como hotel de paso o como opción super barata está bien, pero si tú plan es descansar y estar cómodo el lugar no es para ti.

Un hotel en muy mal estado no es recomendado el de la recepción zero empatia los cuartos en muy mal estados huelen mal y muy mal no se como una empresa como hoteles .com lo agrega a su lista de hoteles

I was a bit put off by some of the reviews but went ahead and booked that stay at Mayafair Design Hotel. The rooms and facilities are clean. The area is pretty safe and conveniently located. You can walk to all major clubs from this hotel. Some parts looked like they were being upgraded or under construction but nothing that would make the place unsafe. Hot water is a hit or miss but it wasn't ice cold.

They kept room clean every day, staff was very friendly and helpful with questions we had about vacation guidance. The room was in bad shape because the bathroom/shower was missing a door and water will splash out of the shower making the tiles slippery outside of the shower, the bath tub took around 10 minutes before getting hot water and my wife didn’t use it because of it. The shower was poorly designed since the toilet was right next to it and water will splash the toilet paper. Air conditioner didn’t cool the room it only worked as a fan.
