トイレとシャワーがあるバスルームが自分の部屋とは別であった。（部屋の向かい） バスルームは私専用であった。 しかし、別の部屋の人が私のトイレを勝手に使っていた。 バスルーム内は内側からは鍵がかけられるが、廊下からは鍵がかけらない。

For my 1st visit to Cancun, my goal was to experience more of downtown culture, before moving to the hotel zone for a few nights. Mission accomplished. My stay here was great! This is small family run hotel. I’m not sure, but maybe there are 10 rooms. My room/bathroom was super clean, wifi and a/c worked great, etc. Diana speaks perfect English and is super nice. She was around all day to help out. My only note is that you can hear general city noise. Not a big deal for me, but I just wanted to note. As some have posted in reviews, there are no signs for this place. If you arrive during the day when the restaurant is open, you can enter there. If you are arriving super early or late, you might want to just drop them a message to give a heads up. As for location…You can hail a taxi or city bus from the main street, about 100’ away. A large Soriana supermarket is very close, but I liked the Chedraul more, just a few minutes further. Mercado 28 is about a 1-mile walk. There are a bunch of restaurants in close proximity. They also operate a restaurant and café window store in the hotel. I only ate there once, but it was excellent. Thank Casa Mallorca for your hospitality!

It is clean. the owner is very nice and helpful. There is no lobby or common sitting area. We arrived late at night, it would be helpful if there is a doorbell. The lady in the restaurant next door confirmed we’re at the right place. installing an exhaust fan in the bathroom with waterproof paint will reduce moisture accumulation. It was a good stay.

Jorge and his daughter were extremely sweet and helpful! They really made us feel like friends even though we were just there for one night. The area is relatively quiet and next to a park, but there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to come and go with a very secure gate and lovely plants and flowers. Would definitely recommend!

Casa Mallorca representó una fresca y acogedora experiencia ya que da la sensación de llegar a casa de algún familiar. Además la oferta gastronómica es variada y con muy buen sabor. Eso si, si buscas algo cerca de la playa entonces esta no es la opción para ti; pero si por el contrario te gusta perderte en el folcklor, ésta es la mejor opción por la cercanía con el Mercado 28 😉

The owners were very friendly. The room was cleaned each morning while we enjoyed a breakfast of a fruit plate and an entre for under 10 dollars. Hard to find, no name in front. The entryway looks like a long hall with lots of beautiful plants.

Such a cute, clean, special place. We were upgraded to a larger room upon check-in which was great. The hosts were so nice and helpful. They cooked a delicious American breakfast for us that was about $10USD/per person. The only downside is that it is hard to find. There isn't a sign so letting them know your arrival time is very important. Located in a neighborhood off of a busy street so a bit out of the way. These were minor things, however. Everything else about this place was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay!

Love My Stay at Casa Mallorca!
Casa Mallorca, like its name suggests, has a home and cozy atmosphere the moment you walk in! While you can see some history at this place (used to be a home), it’s super clean and well-maintained. You can get a simple yet nutritious breakfast for about $5 and they have books in the dining/lobby area for you to check out. Jorge, the owner was super sweet and spent an hour explaining the culture and practiced Spanish with me! Although it’s not next to the beach, I highly recommend Casa Mallorca if you want to see a more local side of Cancun! * There’s also a covid testing booth 5 minutes walk away.

Muy amables las personas que atienden el hotel, parece que son los dueños. Siempre atentos a lo que puedas necesitar. Se encuentra, en excelente condicion, muy bien ubicado. Muy cómodo. Si no necesitas estar a un lado de la playa está es una excelente opción.

The hotel was very clean. The owners did give us a great time while staying there. No TV'S, which it was a great experience. If you are not afraid of trying local restaurants or coffee shops, there are many of them at 10min walking distance.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay. We rented a car so we didn’t have trouble moving around so if you would be taking public transportation may want a different location. There are lots of shops, restaurants and is pretty close to downtown area. The exit to Airport is close as well as the exit to Puerto Juarez. Depending on the room you chose some are spacious some may be on the small side, our room didn’t have a TV but we didn’t mind. We wanted something nice and affordable to sleep comfortable. The feeling is as if you’re staying at a relative’s home. Very cozy and comfortable. I would recommend.

Place was family run and very neat and clean. Lots of character. Very homey. No pool or tv in room Free breakfast was local fruit and toast. Price was good.

Very welcoming staff, nice location, 15 walk to Playa del Carmen. The room was nice, the only frustration I had was wifi, which was terrible in the room, but in the lobby was quite ok.

Small hotel, clean and friendly staff.
The hotel was very clean, spotless, good place to stay to do tours in Cancun as it is very good value, there is a big supermarket across the road, where you can buy groceries. A good choice of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Las plaza mall is nearby too, where I got pay as you do internet, buses and taxis are available just outside in Rodgrigo Gomez Avenue. Overall easy to access. The walls are thin, and sometimes you can hear dogs barking outside but we didn’t mind this, it didn’t affect our sleep. The staff were friendly and happy to help. We didn’t opt for breakfast so I can’t comment.

What I didn't like was other occupants shutting doors loudly..and you can hear their loud conversations all the way in your room
