Forrest Hotel and Apartments
The facilities were so nice and area is peaceful. I booked the Forrest every month in the past winter till now. The things in the room were OK. I didn't use the AC.

Clean rooms and adequate parking. Restaurant seemed disorganised but the food was tasty. Lots of families around.

Reception not so welcoming. Room a/c fan noisy. Noises in the night.

Pavilion on Northbourne
Breakfast menu is too basic. Atrium decor very dated. But we will continue to choose this hotel for visits to the capital.
