Canandaigua Charmer - Sleeps 6!

This one-story home is perfectly accessible and family friendly. Only minutes from Canandaigua Lake, Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center and Roseland Wake Park, you are located in the middle of all Canandaigua has to offer!

Three bedrooms can sleep six: two with queen beds and one with a pair of single beds. One queen room has it's own ensuite bathroom.

Pets welcome if approved - please enquire with host. Pet fee is $20/pet per night, with discounts for longer stays.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.

Property as advertised. Exceptionally clean! This was a short family visit so we did not use kitchen but it looked well stocked and clean.

We enjoyed our stay-great location if seeing the historic sites in Palmyra. Just about 15 minutes away. Canadaigua is a very cute town as well and we loved walking by the boat houses on the city pier and driving by the Victorian homes. We came with our teenagers and a friend and the house worked great.

The home was spacious and comfortable and we stayed warm through the freezing nights. The location was convenient to activities and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We enjoyed our time here.

We had a great experience. The property manager was very helpful and communicative. The house was clean. Bedrooms were spacious. My only suggestion was more light. There were lamps in all the living spaces but it didn't cast enough overall light. I would definitely stay here again, though.

3 guys on a motorcycle ride in the Finger Lakes region. Great spot - lots of room and clean. Nice backyard and garage was a bonus.

For my daughter, my sister and I, this was a clean, comfortable home to enjoy and relax in while exploring the area. Cheryl was always prompt to respond to any requests or questions. Canandaigua is a lovely area and we plan to return; we would choose this property again.
