"I booked this villa for me and some girlfriends to celebrate a big birthday.The villa is simply gorgeous and huge! There were 11 girls, but there was so much space, it never felt crowded.The gardens and pool area were so gorgeous, and the beach is just 1 minute walk away. Lovely golden sand and a great beach bar, which is open until 9.I arranged a supermarket delivery, which was taken in for our arrival. There is also a big supermarket 10 minutes up the road, so we did a shop there and got a cab back, which was super easy.We really enjoyed the upstairs terrace, for breakfast and for drinks after dinner. There are plenty of restaurants up the road on the main strip. We went to Restaurante Mamma Mia on Cabo Roig twice. The food was very tasty, but you need to be hungry as the portions are huge. The fillet steak was particularly good and the prices were very reasonable.There is also a covered terrace downstairs, which we often used for lunch or just some shade.The communication with the host was was fab, with quick responses to any questions we had.The villa is very well cared for and we were so sad to leave, but we have made some great memories.Would love to go back"

"Communication and check in were fantastic. The home had everything we needed for a group of 5 adults and 1 teenager. It was about 10mins walk to strip....15 to beach. Great location. Inside the property was clean with 3 decent bedroom (2 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms. Bath towels provided- 1 each. Would be good to have a few extra but managed with what we had. Outside area had 5 sunloungers...and a nice sitting area to eat/ have drinks.Some suggestions that could make the property even batter- the upstairs balcony and chairs on it were grubby- we didn't use the area- if it were clean and had a nice seating area it would make such a difference. Also, the communal swimming pool was great however no beds/ loungers- a few foldable chairs or loungers to take to the pool would be great. A good place for the price. Would return."

"Pros: Great villa, exactly as listed. We were welcomed by the lovely Gleny, who showed us around the very clean and well equipped villa. The pool was lovely and was cleaned regularly during our stay. Air conditioning was brilliant especially as it was extremely hot at night. Great family holiday, would definitely recommend."

"The apartment was pristine, very comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials (be it in the kitchen or to go to the beach, beach chairs, parasols, towels etc). The location was ideal with the beach, local shops, great bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Having an elevator was a huge plus. The parking space in the underground car park was a bonus. Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was perfect in every way. Had a fabulous time, will definitely be back in the future."
