"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. "Our room was spotless and all of the staff were wonderful, accommodating and very friendly. A short walk (3minutes) and your feet are on a white sand beach. Had a great meal at Mareas Vivas just up the road. Hotel Laxe is the perfect spot to spend a few days exploring the Costa da Morte!"

"This small, cute hotel in Noia was wonderful. Not only did it have triple rooms, clean and well positioned, the staff was extremely helpful. When one of our kids left a beloved and irreplaceable stuffy behind, the staff was determined to find it and contacted us as soon as it was found. We were still in the general area and were able to swing by and get the stuffy back. One of the best beaches we’ve found is nearby Noia, Praia de Aguieira. We loved the Tostas around town at several cafes in town."
