"A quiet hidden gem with amazing views of the Emerald coast and a private beach that is just a short bike to the Alys and Rosemary Beach area. You can walk the coastline for miles if you wish. The host has outlined their place very accurately, provides a detailed book for your stay and has wonderful communication. The home was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked and had every amenity we needed to enjoy low key meals in while we enjoyed our beach days. The bikes provided allowed us to enjoy the area both to the east and west of us. With the bike path running along 30A, we used them far more than our rental car for ease of getting around to explore the area. We traveled with two young adults and they also enjoyed the area and biking for coffee in the morning and music at night. If you like to be near busyness but not directly in it, this is a great option to stay at. "

"Loved the pool. The crows nest was wonderful for morning coffee. Loved the upstairs bedroom. All bedrooms were very nice. House fit my family perfectly. Walk to the beach was easy and riding bikes to Alys was perfect. "

"• Property Condition: The property has potential but is in need of significant renovation and updates, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements. • Outdoor Area: The pool area and patio require cleaning, landscaping, and new furniture. • Interior Issues: The house has numerous broken fixtures, outdated furniture, and appliances in need of repair or replacement. • Plumbing Issues: The toilet backed up, sewage came up from the pool drain, and all faucets need replacing. • Broken Fixtures: The shower on the bottom floor had a broken fixture, and the spare bathroom sink on the second floor was unusable due to a broken faucet. • Unsanitary Conditions: Sewage backup from the drain by the pool was not cleaned up, raising concerns about sanitation. I would love to give this place a second chance due to its convenience and location, but only if every one of these issues were addressed and resolved."
