「We reserved the hotel several months in advance. Unfortunately a week before our booking they had a main AC go out and reached out to cancel due to extremely high temps. We were traveling with 4 teenagers to see a concert blocks away and there were not any other realistic options nearby. The assistant general manager, Valerie, reached out to discuss and was ready to do whatever (provide fans if we could handle, the heat, comp the room, etc). 「Lena was Great at check-in! She informed that she wsan't sure if our room was ready yet, but had someone go check for us. I asked if we could go ahead and park and we would just walk to the beach for a little bit, which she said we could do. Our room actually was ready when the person came back to let her know. This hotel was better than I expected! We had Room 612, which was a very spacious room. We had 2 beds and toward the back of the room, there was a sofa (Pull out bed), with a TV there...

「I like the hotel location and its ocean view from the room. 3 things we think they can be improved: The water pressure from the shower head was too low. the moldy smell in the hall ways and the ice maker and vending machine were located on the 3rd floor hallway outside the rooms, we were awakened by the guests using ice machine a few times while we're sleeping at night... not pleasant.」

「Overall great experience. This property is a little worn around the edges, but it's clean and the staff is friendly. Hard to beat for the money. I would stay here again. The free breakfast was good as well.」

「I loved being on the boardwalk. So convenient going to the beach and walking to restaurants. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast had many options to choose from, and the staff was wonderful about cleaning tables as soon as guests finished so others could sit. We look forward to going back.」

I arrived early, but the staff/owner was extremely friendly and made the utmost effort to ensure everything was to my liking. 「My kids and I had a very successful trip! It’s right on the center of the beach so transporting back and forth was a breeze. Check in was no issues and the room was more convenient than I thought. This was my second time booking and never had any issues with this hotel. Will book again!」
