"This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a holiday rental. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. "Staff were incredibly helpful and the beds were very comfortable. The whole place is clean but a bit tired- I think they are due to refresh the property soon. Didn't get a chance to use the spa as it closed early at 7 pm. Breakfast was buffet style which was ok though the earl grey tea was a bit weak and tasteless!"
