"This is a very convenient location to stay overnight with proximity to the airport. We were disappointed in the breakfast which had basically all simple cold bread/donut items and no hot food. Most hotel breakfasts have some scrambled eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, and hot waffles/pancakes/french toast. We wish the pool was open later for later arrival guests, we miss it every time. We would like it if we could just take a dip in the evening. Our room was fine, staff was very pleasant, the airport shuttle is great."

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. We had a great visit with our Grandkids. They enjoyed the waterpark for two days. Loved that they always had plenty of towels at park and at our pool outside our room. The staff at waterpark were nice enough to let us enter with fruit and snacks for our grand daughter who is diabetic, other than that they only let you take sealed water."

"I only booked the room to spend the evening at the pool. The pool was nice and maintained but I did not like that they stopped serving food at 4pm and that’s check in time at the resort. Another thing was the bar and slides closed at 5pm which I thought was pretty early. Didn’t get to have the pool experience I was expecting."

"Came here with a group of family for a birthday celebration in Phoenix. I cannot say enough good about this property. Everything was clean and well maintained. Rooms were larger than most and very nicely outfitted. Our entire family, all rented rooms, no one had a single issue with this hotel. Its close to the airport, check-in was courteous and prompt, rooms were clean and nicely updated, restaurant food and staff were great, pool was large and felt like a tropical paradise, provided hours of fun for the family. Even the giftshop was nice and had what we needed. Be prepared to walk a bit, and it takes a few hours to get the layout down. The property itself is absolutely beautiful with meurals and desert plants. It has a wonderful view of the city over a short hike. Highly recommend staying here. We loved it and will certainly be back."
