There’s even a seasonal ice rink and holiday village providing fun for the whole family. But we’re not done yet! Work up a sweat at the gym or on the tennis court, afterward enjoying a well-earned massage or other treatment at the onsite spa. The Trophy room is the resort’s premier restaurant, serving up delicious dinner and drinks with 2 outdoor firepits keeping you cozy all year round. For more quick or casual dining, check out the Hook Café or the Cabana Bar. With so much to see and do, you’ll be happy to have Fairway to Heaven to return to after long days to relax and recharge.

Stay connected to the beautiful outdoors even while inside as you unwind in the sunroom, aptly named for the floor-to-ceiling windows letting in an abundance of natural light. Watch the golfers traverse the course as you enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. On the home’s main level, the living room offers plentiful sofa seating surrounding an electric fireplace and mounted smart TV, the perfect place to stream a sports game or episodes of your favorite show. The open floorplan seamlessly blends this space with the kitchen and dining areas, creating a hub for entertainment and connectivity. The stylish, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and warm cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware to fulfill all your dining needs. The dining room table can seat 4 while 4 additional barstool seats are at the kitchen counter. Heading down to the lower level, you’ll find a second living space with sofas, a TV, and a wet bar with coffee station. Step outside onto the shaded patio to enjoy the fresh country air, with grill on hand to help you prepare a delicious grilled feast.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, patio access, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 full beds, 1 twin daybed, and 1 twin trundle.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with single vanities and shower/tub combos.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The number of guests in the home or at the pool must not exceed the advertised occupancy at any time
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, in front of the duplex, or in front of the next-door pool. Additional vehicles can park in the hotel overflow lot. Guests are not permitted to park in front of the connected duplex.
- This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera as well as 5 additional security cameras – (1) mounted under the eve of the house pointing at the driveway, (2) mounted under the eve of the house pointing at the front door, (3) mounted under the eve of the house pointing at the side yard, (4) mounted above the basement sliding door, pointing at the back yard/golf course, and (5) mounted above the grill pointing at lower level patio.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
