The garden, over 1000sqm in size, has a private swimming pool (8 x 4 metres, 1.4m deep, with waterfall and purified with salt), a tennis table, gazebo, relaxation areas and barbecue.

Apartment 1 (4 People):
- Ground floor: living room with kitchen, complete bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
- First floor: two double bedrooms, full bathroom, small terrace with washing machine.

Apartment 2 (5 People):
- First floor: living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, large bathroom with shower and bath.
- Attic floor (spiral staircase): single bedroom.
