The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

    This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with an above ground pool (open from 1 May to 30 September), garden, and balcony. Moreover, there is a panoramic terrace on the first floor.

Cosy house and garden. Super hosts.

Fantastic stay in Santa Lucia.Real authentic family house with all the basics we needed.Cosy garden with small pool was perfect for us.The view from the balcony is unique.Great location to visit the area: Lucca, Camaiore, Pietrasanta, several smaller villages and the beach.Very friendly and helpful hosts.
