Located in Tuscany, La Dimora d’epoca is a magnificent eighteenth century residence located on the hills of Versilia where above all you can enjoy a spectacular view on the Tuscan Coast.

Gardens surrounded the villa besides a dense olive grove and a swimming pool.

The villa has 7 bedrooms all facing the enchanting landscape and decorated with authentic antiques with some clever touches of design.

The stylish bathrooms are clad with precious Italian marble or ceramic hand painted crafts.

All of the bedrooms and the rooms on the second floor has air-conditioning.

In all bedrooms Mini-bar available and hair-dryer.

Surroundings:
This rental property is in easy reach of the coastline (approx. 5 km away) and of the seaside resorts of Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi offering aside from nice beaches also excellent restaurants, shopping facilities and nightlife.

It can hosts up to 15 Person with a surface of 700 mq.

Ground floor:
Entrance hall, large kitchen (freezer, oven, professional oven, dishwasher, microwaves, slicer, espresso maker, ice maker) with access on to the outside.

3 steps down: dining-room and billiard room.

3 steps up: bathroom with shower.

1st floor:
living-room, suite with living area and double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub besides 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

2nd floor:
living-room with satellite TV, double bedroom with ensuite shower, toilet, in addition another living-room, twin-bedded room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living-room with laundry area, double bedroom with an extra single bed and bathroom with shower.

To explain: the property consists of a main house and a small apartment, that is located a few meters away, obtained from the restoration of an ancient mill (the wooden and iron mill machineries are perfectly preserved inside the house).

This small apartment is NOT included in the rental.

Not to mention the famous marble quarries of Carrara, where Michelangelo carved his masterpiece are within walking distance.
