「事前にホテルから、希望事項の確認等をメールを頂いたり、滞在時のフロントのスタッフも親切で丁寧でした。また、駐車場が中庭にあり、そこまでの道が狭いので、フロントのある場所まで行くと担当者が車の管理をしてくれるバレーパーキングであった。 古いお屋敷を改造してホテルにしていて、天井がすごく高いことや、調度品等に優雅さを感じたが、古いドアをオートロックにしているので、閉めるときに都度大きな音がした。」

「Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. Also a ton of ants in and around bathroom. Tissue box full of them. Breakfast which was included was poor. Very old looking tomato and cucumber slices and tbh v little...

「Luxury accommodations. Excellent service and the rooms (suites) are huge. The highlight of the room was the shower - it is just amazing. We were a family of four and we loved it. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo Plaza (5 minutes) but set back enough that it feels much more private and low key. 」
