Ideal villa for family vacations, private pool, 5 minutes from the beach

  • Its large plot of 700 meters allows the house is surrounded by gardens on all sides, high fences transmit security, and are ideal if they have pets.

    The house, 160 meters, has two floors. 4 rooms in total (2 double beds and 4 single beds) two full bathrooms one per floor, the kitchen at the bottom and the large living room upstairs connected to the large terrace overlooking the Peñon de Ifach, the magnificent private pool and the centennial carob. Down next to the pool two more large terraces, and in the back another one with barbecue.
