The completely newly refurbished and renovated as well as completely new modern and friendly bright furnished comfort flat is located on the 6th floor of the apartment building with breathtaking direct sea views of the beach of La Fossa-Levante in Calpe, which is only 30 m away from here.the apartment building was one of the first buildings directly on the fine sandy beach of La Fossa, which had a total of 3 swimming pools in the enclosed and not visible large communal garden belonging to the apartment building as a relaxation area and also two tennis courts. It is the landmark of this picturesque town of Calpe and a large part of the Costa Blanca and is also the centre of numerous leisure and original activities. The rock is a nature reserve and there is a well-developed hiking trail to the summit. The interesting old town of Calpe is located on a 50 metre high hill about 2.0 kilometres west of the Penyal d'Ifac and about 500 m from the coast, and we recommend a visit to the Algar waterfalls or the Terra Mitica amusement park, the Terra Nature Park or the Aqua Natura or Aqualandia water parks near Benidorm.A very special experience is swimming with dolphins in the Mundomar zoo in Benidorm or a boat trip to the pirate island of Tabarca, and don't miss out on a boat trip along the coast from Calpe or a marvellous catamaran tour.
