On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with bath, shower cabin, toilet and washbasin. The bathroom also has underfloor heating. The large sunny south-facing garden has a terrace with windbreak, 2 parasols, a garden table with 6 chairs and a lounger, all with matching cushions. A parking space for 2 cars rounds it off.
